Coaching

For clients feeling "stuck" or have identified employees who require one-on-one interventions, Adzone provides coaching. This includes Leadership Coaching.

The programme is designed to assist individuals with making changes in their lives in order to achieve specific goals or life objectives. It is important that the individual be committed and willing to attend sessions, and to make a concerted effort towards changing.

There are three principles for successful coaching:

Adzone Coaching programme consists of an initial 2 hour consultation, followed by weekly hourly sessions for a minimum of six sessions (although each case is determined according to needs.)

Adzone's coaching protocol is unique and many successful candidates have benefitted from coaching. Clients have included CEO's, entrepreneurs and celebrities. Personal references can be provided if required.

Coaching is provided by Graeme Butchart. Graeme initially trained at the Creative Consciousness Institute and has provided coaching services since 2005.

Training and Development

Training programmes developed and conducted by Adzone include:
  • Principles of marketing and communication
    • A course to introduce the principles of marketing and to help the individual learn practical ways to develop, create and implement marketing and communications plans.
    • The course is also available as a Train-the-trainer module
    • The course is run over a four day period and results in a written marketing plan.
  • Crisis and Issues Management Workshop
    • A one-day course where businesses identify and qualify crisis and issues for their organisation in terms of reputation management. The course provides a framework and tools for the organisation to follow to set up a crisis and issues management strategy and framework.
  • Reputation Management Workshop
    • A one day course on the seven aspects which drive organisational reputation. The workshop explores all seven areas and brainstorms ideas and interventions to ensure that organisations are including reputation management in marketing planning. Reputation management is a King III compliance issue.
  • Brand Essence Workshop
    • A four hour workshop which allows the management team to clearly define the brand in terms of function, values, uniqueness and personality. The workshop distils an agreed essence of the brand and helps the team formulate the objectives and messaging for the brand.

Adzone believe that personal development is often stifled and held back because the creative soul has been repressed. In order to develop new talents and skills and grow in a business environment, one has to learn to think differently and be willing to find and explore new paths. Innovation has become a key value in business today, and many companies are looking to their staff to suggest and provide innovations to propel business forward. In short, to survive in today's business world one has to be more creative to succeed.

Creativity (contrary to popular belief) is something which can be cultivated and learned. Adzone run a number of programmes linked to rediscovering creativity.

  • The Genius Programme
    • A self development course to shift habitual thinking. The course enables the individual to regain trust in instinctive intuition and creativity.
    • The course is run over 2 days, followed by 8 exercises over a 4 week period and can be customised to business and personal situations.
  • Innovation and creativity training
    • A training programme aimed at helping executives to think in a more creative manner in order to develop innovative thinking.
    • The course is run over 2 days and can be worked into a Management or Leadership development programme.
