About Us

Established in Johannesburg 1999, Adzone's focus was to provide a select client base with marketing and communication strategies, and to assist client's in implementation of the strategies with an extended consulting team.

The company has undertaken a number of strategic business marketing projects with excellent results, and has also now expanded to include a training and development unit.

The business is run by Sara Butchart and her partner Graeme Butchart with a network or "zone" of independent consultants who are brought into projects on a needs basis.

Adzone's Consultants all share a similar philosophy for a balance of work and play in life and the desire to work freelance on a number of projects from their own environment. This business structure works incredibly well - offering the client a motivated team of consultants who can be tapped into as needed.

Our BEE and CSI commitments

The structure of Adzone Consultants has been developed to allow the core business to remain small and consultants are brought in as and when required. Adzone do not have a black ownership scheme, but actively develop partnerships with like-minded black consultants.

• We actively seek out and contract small black and/or female owned businesses in the communications and coaching and training field to work in our zone of consultants.
• We work wherever possible with suppliers that have significant female and/or black empowerment shareholding. We also work with handicapped people and organisations in providing services to our clients.
• We offer clients skills transfer opportunities, whereby client staff are involved in the strategic or training process as active members of our team.
